Tax changes coming

Please be advised if you haven't already heard; Clearwater County will be conducting a tax assessment for the 2021 tax year. We will be sending out an official County letter soon. Tenants can contact us for further information regarding this important news. Please click on the tax document button below to view the County tax letter.

Update: tax assessment has been completed and you can speak to Pascal around the building taxes each lot was assessed at. This billing has been reflected on the 2021 yearly billing due May 1st.
